About InSIC

‘The International Solar Innovation Council (InSIC)’ is a international non-governmental organization. The aim of this organization is to catalyse the innovation of solar technologies that can simultaneously reduce anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions and alleviate both energy & economic poverty and the human suffering related to it.

Our Mission

To undertake research activities on advance technological developments in the solar energy sector, mainly in Asian countries and to organize seminars, symposiums, workshops, trainings, webinars to enhance the knowledge base about clean energy.

Solar Ambassador Program Organized for School Students

InSIC Small Grants

Every year InSIC invites applications from legalentities, especially small-scale industries, start-ups, research institutes, academic institutes and non-governmental organizations (NGO) for its small grants program for innovative solar energy demonstration projects. The aim of the grant is to develop ‘proof of concept’ projects demonstrating solar innovation.
